Can you believe it’s already March? It feels like just yesterday I was pulling out my heavy winter coats and now it’s almost time to pull out the shorts and skirts. Life really does move fast if you aren’t paying attention. To combat this, I’ve recently started a “happiness jar.” I first saw this idea from pinterest. You start off the new year with an empty jar and fill it with happy memories or good things that happened that year. On 12/31, open the jar and read all of these happy memories.

I love this idea. It forces you to focus on the great things that are happening in your life instead of the negatives. It gives you a better appreciation of this crazy thing called life! So grab an empty jar and start filling it up with happiness. I have started and already have a couple memories from my vacations in the jar.

What’s going to be your first happy memory for the jar?
